Job Description:- Applicant should be in the post of an Assistant Professor and Senior Lecturer in a top academic institute or hold an equivalent expert position. Applicant should have a great record of study and publication and is expected to undertake free research on developmental aspects of Rubber Plantation and Rubber Industry in India including Analysis of Impact of present Developments in the Rural and Tribal sectors, Employment Generation in Plantations and Industry, Scope of Improvement in Product Profile, Value Addition, Stakeholders Future Requirements and Service Delivery by the Board. Selected applicant is expected to undertake Institution’s academic activities.

Qualification and Experience : Ph.D in the important field with 1st class or equivalent at the Master’s degree with a very good academic record throughout and at least 3 years of experience relevant to the position.
