Applications are invited from eligible candidates who possess the requisite qualification for filling up the following posts in the Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA), Directorate of Agriculture, Haddo, Port Blair for one year for the implementation of Centrally Sponsored Scheme “Support to State Extension Programme for Extension Reforms (ATMA programmes)” in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Designation : Accountant -cum – Clerk

Mode of Recruitment: Deputation / Secondment / Appointment
Pay Scale/ Remuneration : Rs. 9300 -34800 + Rs. 4200 GP
Qualification : Graduate preferably ‘B. Com’
Experience : 3 years experience in the scale of Rs.5200 – 20200 + Rs. 2400 GP

1. Attested copies of Mark sheets and certificate in support of educational qualifications.
2. Experience certificate (S) Specifying Nature & Period of Experience.
General Information:
1. While attending the interview for the post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms.
2. Interested candidate shall be ready to work in remote/hard areas and may have to travel to remote/hard area as required.
3. The appointment will be on deputation / secondment / appointment basis which will be filled up as per the directions of Govt. of India and is likely to be extended as per need and this does not confer any right / privilege for regular appointment or continuity of service in the said post.
4. No DA/TA shall be applicable for appearing in the interview. Candidates are required to make the travel arrangement at their own cost.
5. The in-service candidates should apply through proper channel.
How To Apply : Applications in the enclosed format duly filled in alongwith attested copies of certificate/testimonials of educational and other qualification, experience certificate, date of birth certificate and recent passport size photographs, all duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, should reach to the office of the Project Director (ATMA), Directorate of Agriculture, Haddo, Port Blair on or before 24th August, 2012. After scrutiny of the documents submitted, the list of the candidates qualified for the interview will be displayed in the notice Board of the Directorate of Agriculture, Haddo on 28th August, 2012. The interview of the candidates will be conducted in the chamber of Secretary (Agri.), Secretariat, A & N Administration on 01st September, 2012. No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
