Walk-in-interview will be conducted on 08 August 2012 for (04) four Project linked persons purely on temporary basis one for each of the following projects in the Advance Computing & Microelectronics Unit (ACMU) of the Institute.Project linked persons
Name of the Projects : I.Algorithmic and Architectural Design Issues of Microtluidic Nano-Biochips for Bioassay Execution.
2. Extending the scope of Formal Verification with Assertion Mining from Simulation Traces.
3. Power and Bandwidth Management in Wireless Network.
4. Partitioning and Covering Problem of Polygon in 2D.
Qualifications : A consistently good academic record with M.E./ M.Tech. in Computer Science/Radio Physics/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Technology. MCA. M.Sc. in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Physics/ Computer Science/ Electronics Sciences. Outstanding candidates with B.E./ B.Tech. in the above disciplines may also apply. Programming skill in Cl (‘++/Java is essential.
Preference will be given to the candidates who have good knowledge in data structures. algorithms. and at least one of the following areas: (a) VLSI design. (b) Computational Geometry. (c) Design and Analysis of Algorithms. (d) Wireless Network.
Pay : A consolidated pay ranging between ?18000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand only) to ?22000/- (Rupees twenty two thousand only) per month, depending on the qualification and experience of the selected candidates.
Tenure of Appointment : The appointment will be till 31 March 2013 from the date of his/her joining the institute which may be extended later/terminated earlier, depending on availability of funds and performance of the candidate.
Age: The age limit is 35 years as on 01 July 2012, usual relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women and differently abled candidates. Age may be relaxed for exceptionally bright candidates with relevant research experience.
