The selected Investigators will be put on the job of data collection m large scale sample surveys involving strenuous visits to rural and urban areas.

A. Eligibility
Indian Citizens above the age of 21 years as on 1.7.2012. Reservation in respect of SC / STj 0 Be will be applicable as per the Government rules in vogue. Candidates holding degree with Statlstics/Economics/Mathematics as one of the subjects or Graduate in Commerce and having fluency in the local language are eligible. l’~etired Persons from State Government/GovL of India having experience in the field of data collection work who are below 65 years of age and fit to travel can also apply for these posts.
Experience in the conduct of survev and data collection work along with knowledge of Computer application is desirable.
B. Job Requirement
Investigators will be expected to carry out data collection work relating to the Employment- Unemployment survey 10 both Rural and Urban areas m
different distncts of the (As per Annexure) State / UT, which includes visit to the households.
C. Remuneration
Investigators will be paid a fixed consolidated salary of Rs. }1,000 j. per month towards remuneration. Besides consolidated salary, TA/ DA would be
paid in addition when deputed for field duties.

F. Selection Procedure
